When you take the check and ask to see your result, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email address, and phone number if you choose to provide it. We also collect the answers you give in the quiz. For security and record keeping, we store the date and time of your submission and the IP address of the device you used.
We use your information to prepare your Tax Health Score, to contact you about your results, and to follow up about the tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and related services we offer. We may also use it to improve the check and understand how it is used.
If you submit your details, you agree that we may email you and, if you provided a phone number, call you about your results and our services. Providing a phone number is optional and is not required to see your result. You can opt out of our messages at any time by replying to unsubscribe, or by contacting us using the details above.
We do not sell your information. We share it inside Nuage Digital with the team members who prepare your review and follow up with you. We may share it with service providers who help us operate, such as email or hosting providers, and only so they can perform that work for us. We may also share information where the law requires it.
We keep your information for as long as needed to follow up with you and to run our business, and for any period the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we remove it.
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. If you are a California resident, you have rights under California privacy law, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion.
